I’d briefly thought (before I realized it’s probably not a PC thing to do on a post-surgical floor)of:
1. Getting a bullhorn
2. Putting it on your middle parts, and
3. Hiring a bugler to play Reveille…
Well, it seemed a good thought at the time!
Is there a VCR or DVD player in your room? Probably not enough bandwidth to stream movies…but I own several I’ve not even seen myself – so, if you want to watch and take notes…that’ll be good…sort of like the old Cliff’s notes approach to movie watching…I know, I could just read the imdb.com notes…
But – hear you’ve been Skyping with the UK (Simon, too, seemed not at all surprised you’d still be the floor’s covergirl)…maybe we can try that later today? And we can just text back and forth so you don’t have to speak!
Anyway…hugs, arms around both of you…too bad it’s probably verboten to have Ron bring the furkids to visit…I can smuggle Charlie in – he’s little!
