You all are in our thoughts and prayers today as you are every day. Donna was a remarkable woman and her fight and courage throughout her illness was amazing.
Dear Ron- I don’t know if it ever gets easier with such a strong grief but we learn to live with it and know that Donna is saving you your spot right next to her❤️ You have written such sweet and tender words that are not only a reflection of your love for Donna but her love for you. Please know I am sending you love and prayers and maybe the next time I’m in DFW with Linda we can take you out on a “date!” Take good care of yourself??
Ron,
The love you and Donna had for each other was beautiful and awesome. With God’s Grace you both became one.
Donna would be so proud of you, Ryan, Heidi and baby Wyatt. I can see her looking down from heaven with her lovely smile admiring the family she created and loved so much. And I must include her extended family. Her nieces, Rhona and Jennifer and cousins. And of coarse her many friends. I miss my friend every day. I loved her as a sister. One day we will all reunite in our Lords kingdom. Until we meet again dear friend. ??
Well, Ive got tears in my eyes again and a lump in my throat. You write so beautifully. Just as we were blessed to have Donna in our lives, she was blessed to have you for a husband. You set the bar very high. She would have loved being a Grandma and she would have been the best at it. Life does go on and we are all better for having had her as a friend in it.
I miss Donna and the fun times we had. My house has many triggers in it and, like you, those affect me depending on my mood that day. Mostly I try to remember she is exactly where I will be one day. God is good!
Wow, what beautiful words to commemorate a beautiful lady and wonderful friend. Little Wyatt will be here soon to help soothe your pain my dear friend. Love always…Jo

Hard times are behind you and they aren’t over, but God knows what you can bear and you will endure. Donna would be so proud of you!
